Ingredients for 4 people:
3 cutlets smoked eye of loin from Matthies
300 g wide ribbon noodles
2 carrots
1 head broccoli
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt and pepper
1/2 bed cress as a garnish
 
Preparation:
Prepare the noodles according to package instructions. Cut the smoked eye of loin into strips. After peeling and cleaning the carrots, cut them into thin slices. Wash and clean the broccoli, separating it into small florets. Cook the broccoli florets and the carrot slices in boiling salt water for five minutes, then drain and rinse briefly in cold water. Wash and clean the yellow and red peppers and cut them into strips. After heating the oil in a large pan, brown the strips of pork. Add the pepper strips and cook the mixture for about five minutes over a medium flame. Carefully mix in the broccoli florets, carrot slices and noodles, then season with salt and pepper and garnish with cress.
